I am very disappointed with the service I received during my last visit. I booked an offer that included deep cleaning with Dermapen, based on your advertisement. However, when I met the technician, she told me that I could not have the Dermapen treatment because my skin was too inflamed and sensitive. I explained that I regularly undergo Dermapen sessions, but she still refused. After a long discussion, she suggested asking the doctor, and the doctor confirmed that it was fine for me to proceed with the Dermapen. Despite this, once the session started, the technician again refused to perform the Dermapen. Instead, she insisted on doing only a Hydrafacial, while still charging me the same price as the original offer. This experience was very frustrating and unprofessional. I felt that there was a lack of clear communication and consistency, and I did not receive the service I booked and paid for. Unfortunately, this has left me very disappointed with the center, and I would not recommend it to others. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your service standards.
