2 months agoI have been with BioHackn for about 4 months now. My hybrid sauna that I ordered - CJ - the founder was following me from the first inquiry until installation. He showed up on the premises and helped me find a suitable place for my sauna. He was very accommodating on payment terms which was really unusual for Dubai and helpful. The initial idea was to get a infrared sauna, but overhearing that I'm Scandinavian and more used to traditional sauna, he made me an offer that included a traditional sauna in the cabin. I had a really pleasurable experience with the sauna until a user error (bath salts on top of the rocks) corroded the elements and broke the traditional heater. Their after service team stayed in touch with me for 5 weeks afterwards while I sourced a new unit and assisted me with replacing it. This was a stressful process and I'm really thankful for their assistance. I'm a firm believer in a longstanding customer-shop relationship and I feel like CJ and his team have gone above and beyond to facilitate the experience the product promises. I researched all the companies in Dubai and I can tell you from experience, that they actually care. Thank you CJ and your team for your efforts to provide wellness to the residents of Dubai 🏻
