in the last weekThe appointment lasted nearly 3 hours, during which I had to repeatedly correct the technician. Technicians were changed mid-service, with poor communication between them, resulting in errors. My nail length was shortened without my consent, which I had to point out myself. I was then informed that another client was waiting, implying there was no time to properly fix the mistake. Although the length was eventually corrected and of course I was charged extra for correcting an error that wasn’t my fault. I specified at the reception about it and anyway I was charged for it. Trying not to mention that the quality is far away “Russian manicure”.

Talking about salon itself, I go to salon to relax while having my beauty procedures which salon is not able to provide because of the atmosphere inside I wish they improve atmosphere and service for relax and beauty procedures since the price is demanding My experience Professionalism 10/10 Atmosphere 6/10 Service 4/10 Prices worth 8/10
