Yoga was never my thing until I started 15 Minutes Arogya by Gomathi Seetharaman. This program is a refreshingly practical approach to daily wellness. I feel energised, mindful and balanced in only 15 minutes each day. It’s simple, easy and remarkably effective. I also find the breathing techniques very helpful. Thank you, Gomathi, for all the support and advice.

An Unforgettable Experience for Connection & Joy! I have attended the BBB Meetup hosted by Arogya Yatra and led by the incredible Gomathi Seetharaman, and I am absolutely blown away. This isn't your typical, stuffy networking event - it's something truly special. If you're looking to build genuine, life-long connections rather than just exchange business cards, this is the place for you. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming that bonding happens naturally. I walked in alone and left with a handful of amazing new friends and potential collaborators. A huge highlight (among many) is the absolutely top-notch food! It's always delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and adds to the luxurious feel of the entire experience. But what truly sets this meetup apart is the fun twist Gomathi brings to every event. Whether it's a laughter session that has everyone in stitches, an amazing activity that breaks the ice completely, or a surprise element that sparks creativity, you are guaranteed to leave feeling energized, happy, and inspired. Huge thanks to Gomathi for her passion and for creating such a powerful and joyful community. This event is a perfect 10 on 10 and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I will definitely be back!

Arogya Yatra Meetup – A Morning of Meaningful Connections, Laughter & Warmth 💛 What a beautiful and soul-filling morning it was at the Arogya Yatra meetup. From the moment I walked in, there was this unmistakable energy, warm, welcoming, and quietly powerful. It wasn’t your typical networking event filled with business cards and sales pitches. Instead, it was a gathering of individuals, entrepreneurs, creators, dreamers, who came together not to promote themselves, but simply to connect. Despite everyone being incredibly driven and accomplished in their own fields, there was no air of competition. No one was trying to sell anything or impress anyone. Conversations flowed effortlessly, people shared their journeys, their quirks, their passions, as people, not as “brands”. It was a rare space where business was not the centrepiece, and ironically, that’s what made it so powerful. We played games, we laughed like old friends, we shared a delicious meal, all in an informal, intimate setting that felt more like a gathering of kindred spirits than a business meetup. And somewhere in the middle of it all, beautiful connections were born, the kind that are rooted in authenticity, not transaction. None of this would have been possible without Gomathi, the heart and soul behind it all. Her ability to bring such diverse yet aligned individuals together is nothing short of magical. She is a true connector, doing the kind of work that doesn’t show up on spreadsheets but leaves a lasting impact on hearts. She’s building a tribe where people feel seen, supported, and celebrated, and that is God’s work in every sense. Business might happen down the line, but that’s not the point.
