a week agoI went for my daughters haircut .. I had asked them clearly what are your charges she said me 30 aed on whatsapp ..she didn't ask me any details nothing. It seems 30 aed is only for trimming and layers or any other haircut is 65aed and then after the haircut she told its 65 aed.. I asked her you told me 30 I understand if it comes to 40 aed or so .. and she tells me ma'am haircut is 85aed I've already discounted you. And then after showing her the chat and almost being stubborn, I told her fine atleast charge 45 aed. In that also they charged vat extra .. The main issue no courtesy of accepting their mistake or apologising.. even the owner who is operating the whatsapp didn't once bother to apologise n I think that's what matters in such a situation where they didn't ask me properly. And infact the owner kept saying u said 6 year old baby . Whereas I clearly mentioned I need a haircut for a 6year old girl medium hair length. . I mean what more am.i suppose to do..
