in the last weekHonestly, very sad to give this low scoring as some ladies that assist me today were great. And previously I had amazing experience with Louise. This time I was booked with Megan, and from very begging the experience wasn’t great, very cold interaction, I asked very simple thing half head highlights and same shade as I currently have ( warm gold) tonner. I felt she was jumping between customers and didn’t really focus on me but on her British customers. Once I was done with tonner and hairwash, another stylist came to blow dry my hair, I noticed that my hair now has purple and ashy shade ( they been warm gold shade and we discussed that I want to maintain this look). Then stylist informed Megan as she was with another customer and I been decided to use clarifying shampoo to remove ashy, purple shades. In the meantime while I waited for product to set Megan approached me without a word, I asked her if there is someone else to finish work as she doesn’t talk to me or explain anything, at this hoping to hear some kind of apology or reassurance but I didn't. Once my hair was again blow dryed, they still looked very ashy, and extremely dry. Feels like grass on my head cannot even run fingers through them without getting stuck. Advice I got from stylist who was finishing blow drying me was that I was my hair many times. But toner often takes time to be out, and my hair already feels super fried for some reason perhaps clarifying shampoo is super drying. I am extremely sad and unhappy for the outcome. Especially from salon that I trusted. Megan never came to say sorry or to check on final look. Feeling really disappointed by all interaction.
