in the last weekI had an incredible full body massage at the Blended Wellness at W Hotel after running a half marathon and it was exactly what I needed. The whole experience was extremely professional from start to finish. I loved that there was a choice of three different aroma oils, which made the treatment feel even more personalised and relaxing. My therapist, Evy, was amazing and made me feel completely at ease throughout. Truly 10/10, if not more. The facilities were lovely and the tea offered at the end was such a nice finishing touch. Overall, an amazing experience that I would highly recommend.

3 weeks agoLike the previous review said, terrible customer service, terrible company. Do not trust them with your hard earned money & go elsewhere if you can, even if it’s more expensive. They deserve 0 stars My response to owner: I have emailed and messaged on WhatsApp multiple times regarding my issue and I’ve had no response on either platform. I have since blocked the WhatsApp number due to frustration. You clearly don’t take feedback or complaints seriously so all I can do now is warn people so they don’t waste their money like me.

a month agoA beautiful experience, much needed i was pretty tired from the mundane life this was refreshing
