5 months agoBest salon in Dubai.. Rudeina is amazing, she is very gentle with my hair and she uses wonderful products. ♥️ The lady manager who handled the bookings is so lovely too, very professional and sweet. ♥️ Susan and Uyen is also great, loved the manicure and pedicure so very much. ♥️

2 months agoThe worst protein treatment I’ve ever had! I did a protein treatment at this salon in early May, and after just one week, my hair went back to being frizzy and rough. It was like I never did the treatment at all. I had to keep using the blow-dryer and straightener again, which defeats the whole purpose. I went back to the salon a week later and told them honestly that my hair still didn’t look right. Instead of listening, they got upset and made me feel like it was my fault. They told me I needed to always blow-dry my hair after the treatment ,which doesn’t make sense. I went back to the salon again and again and explained the issue I had after the protein treatment. They told me “don’t worry,”. They applied something to my hair for around 5 minutes, and suddenly my hair became straight , I asked them not to blow-dry it so I could see the real texture, but they ignored me. When I asked what they had applied, they insisted my hair was “naturally straight” ,which felt like they were calling me a liar. I wasn’t asking for a refund or for them to redo the treatment. I just wanted honesty and respect. Very disappointing.
