I contacted Hortman Clinics to book an appointment with Dr. Sezgin and was immediately passed around between multiple people with no clear ownership of my case. I was repeatedly told that “Ms. Adriana will reach out shortly,” yet days passed with no appointment date, no follow-up, and no initiative from their side. I clearly explained that I am on a limited two-week vacation and needed a confirmed appointment date to plan accordingly. Despite this, I received nothing but copy-paste responses asking me to “kindly wait,” without any concrete information or respect for my time. For a medical clinic — especially one operating in a highly competitive and sensitive field — this level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable. If this is how pre-appointment coordination is handled, it raises serious concerns about how patients are treated afterward. Unprofessional, poorly managed, and frustrating. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who values clear communication and basic professionalism.
