a month agoI understand that businesses have policies, but I was deeply disappointed when I informed them that I was traveling and would be back on December 20th. They assured me that it was okay and would still provide a free eyelash refill on December 21st, which was confirmed in my booking. However, today, they messaged me saying that the management had decided to keep the five-days only so the exception for the free refill would no longer be valid. As a new customer, I had expected clearer communication and better consideration regarding the benefits. It was unfair and unprofessional that they changed my booking and asked me to pay an additional AED 100 for the free refill. Due to this experience, I have decided to cancel my appointment. I hope that management will improve transparency and communication in the future to ensure a better experience for future customers.
