a week agoAsked for style from reference on their own Instagram They gave me straight lashes , looked nothing like D curled reference photo. They offered to re do but when the technician came she said she can’t do the look because they don’t have the right curl lashes so she did removal. After promising if I’m not happy with they’ll refund me, they didn’t give refund they just ignored all my messages instead.
