I had a voucher from tips&toes that expired on 20APR26 and giving current times I asked on 25APR26 if I could please still use the voucher the next day (6 days after expiry!!!) as I just returned to country on 24APR night. After taking 6 (!!) days to review the request, my query was rejected on 01MAY for reasons of ‚maximum validity‘ - a decision that shows 0 consideration to clients and current situation. While this does not directly affect the Dubai Mall branch I‘d like to flag this as unacceptable as multiple service providers go above and beyond to retain clientele - while this decision has saved tips&toes some dirhams; it also lost a loyal customer. thank you.

Excellent service and a truly high level of care. I had a full body massage, and all my body aches and pains disappeared, for which I sincerely thank my therapist. I also got my hair done and a manicure, and I loved everything: the professionalism of the staff, high-quality products, and attentive care. I especially want to note that the salon is located in the Dubai Mall—it's incredibly convenient and practical, allowing you to combine shopping and beauty care in one place. The salon offers an annual membership that gives you a discount on all services—a great solution for regular care. I highly recommend this wonderful salon! Very bad place And bad service The worst time I did my nails

Very bad experience at Dubai Mall branch with manicure. After the manicure was done I already felt my nails very fragile and tried to be careful in the movements. They didn’t even have too many options of colours and I had to go with a very clear one that didn’t really cover my nail and gave a poor result on the french manicure. After one day I already had one nail chipped and one broken. The second day another nail started breaking and one more got chipped. I was out of Dubai so I decided to reach out the salon as soon as I came back. I showed the nails to the beautician and after waiting a long time they told me I had to pay to fix them with extension even though only three days had passed since the treatment and I already paid 250 aed. I don’t recommend this salon, I’ve never had such a bad experience in 3 years here in Dubai.
