in the last weekWorst salon experience I've ever had. Do not book here. I came to Sisters at Dubai Mall for a simple blow dry and left with my hair butchered and fried. When I tried to leave, they wouldn't let me. They insisted on "fixing" it, which just meant more heat and more damage until my hair was drier and worse than before. When I'd finally had enough, the manager was staggeringly rude, spoke to me in a way that was completely unacceptable, and then lied to my face about what happened. No apology, no accountability, nothing. I've never felt so disrespected as a paying customer. Save your money and your hair and go somewhere else.
