I had a very disappointing experience for what is supposed to be a top skincare clinic. I booked my appointments more than a month in advance and then with only a few days notice I was informed that two of them were being cancelled because the clinic was moving to a new location. Since I am in the middle of a laser treatment plan the timing of the sessions matters so that I do not lose progress, but I received no proper support or rescheduling. I was only told that they would let me know the updated schedule and nothing was done to accommodate me. I requested a refund for both my laser treatment package and my lymphatic drainage package. I was told I could not get a refund on the laser because it was purchased on an offer where you buy three sessions and get three free even though they were the ones who cancelled the remaining sessions. I was also told I could only receive a partial refund for the lymphatic drainage package because it was also purchased on an offer. The appointments were cancelled with barely an apology and no effort to make up for the inconvenience or the time and money wasted. There are many clinics now that provide better technology and much better customer care. I chose Kaya because it is a well known brand and I expected excellent service but the experience proved the opposite and the quality clearly does not match the reputation.

They charged me for hydrafacial it was buy one get one offer. The offer was a scam I later learned there are other reputable clinics around dubai offering 5 hydra facials for this amount. Anyway, my appointment was booked for 11dec and now after they closed the mirdif city center clinic they informed me about the cancellation of the appointment and asking to rebook at a location thats not convenient. When I asked for an extra hydrafacial as a compensation it was denied as well. The management is very unprofessional

I signed up for a package at Mirdif branch while preparing for my wedding, and the experience turned into a complete disappointment. The staff strongly pushed me to buy a full package and shortly after I paid, the clinic suddenly closed for “relocation”, and I was left with no access to the services I paid for.
