Went for signature facial more than 2 weeks ago… I was waiting for my burn mark to fade all this while to post a review… Good things first - they are friendly and they have a nice shop, and price also decent. The facial purely exhibited the total lack of experience and knowledge.. The guy didn’t know how to set steam temperature properly for your face!! He kept on asking me ‘Are u comfortable sir?’ and I kept on telling him its too damn hot…!! I felt some burning on my face and after facial I looked into the mirror and saw a dark red shade on my cheek, and he hesitantly said “ There was a pimple and I broke it., Don’t worry sir it will fade away in 3 hours”… In fact I didn’t have any pimple on my face…. I waited a week just for the redness to start to fade.. Still after 2 weeks if you look close you can see the mark on my cheek.. Please don’t fall trap for the 5* reviews like I did. I am commenting for the particular service I received (I don’t want to disclose the guys name here) don’t know if their haircut is any good.. but definitely not gonna take another risk.

The worst hair styling experience I have ever had in my life, the barber was weak in using the hair dryer and comb to style and comb my hair as I usually do in another salon, he even used the wrong comb that was not suitable for the nature of the hairstyle I wanted, so I asked his permission and continued combing my hair by hand and then I was surprised by the price of 31 dirhams only for a bad hair comb, I feel dissatisfied and I will never repeat this experience In that salon never again .

One of best facilities in the town. Very good and professional staff. Recommending to book appointment via Fresha App prior to visit, in order to avoid waiting especially during weekends and evenings.

Fantastic experience... Best haircut and beard styling I’ve ever had in a while. Luqman was very personable, smart with ideas and accommodating. He did a stunning job! Good customer service, great price for what you get quality. Highly recommend Luqman for anyone who wants to look their best. Only one suggestion need to play some music to have great ambience.
