Ritual Beauty Spa is always my first choice for any kind of service — and they never fail to impress! I recently had a massage with Pranee, and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had — deeply relaxing and absolutely rejuvenating. Her technique and calming presence made it an unforgettable experience. I’ve also tried their head spa, manicure, and pedicure, and each service has been consistently amazing. The staff is incredibly professional and welcoming, and the atmosphere is so serene. If you’re looking for true relaxation and high-quality service, this is the place. I can’t recommend Ritual Beauty Spa enough — it’s my go-to spot every time!

I went for the Korean Hair spa and it was okay, not as relaxing and enjoyable as I expected. The facilities are great, clean and tidy. Staff was great too. They tried to make the experience very luxurious, but I did not feel I got the value for money. For eg. After the session, I had to go down one floor with wet hair, water dripping and then wait for my turn for hair drying. If I pay for the luxury treatment, I need to be eligible for a hair dryer in the same treatment room?. Although the hair scrubbing was very good, the messages were not upto the mark. The relaxation and drifting to dream land experience that we see in videos, I did not get that. They have a 25% discount for first timers.

Ritual Salon is amazing! Angelica and Melani are the best nail technicians, along with the rest of the nail team — all so detailed and professional. The hair stylists are also incredibly skilled, polite, and truly know what they’re doing. Highly recommend!

I went for a color consultation and was attended by Michelle (although i was waiting for another staff who was busy with blow drying and also wasnt interested in attending me) and thank God i met her. Michelle is very humble, knows hair coloring like a pro. We had a detailed chat and she fully understood my requirement. The hair color turned out perfect. The service was not rushed, very relaxing experience. I am taking a star off for charging your customer for a cup of coffee. Why so?. No salon does that. Consider offering a cup of coffee (of choice) complimentary.

I had the best experience ever for facial in my whole life i guess with Grendolyn, Apart of the product effect her way of massaging my face during the session gave me extra relaxation that made me enjoyed the session i will also suggest to add foot massage while doing facial for your refreshment ❤️🫰🏻
