I understand that delays can happen, but this should have been communicated clearly. They could have informed me in advance and shifted the appointment time so I could have rescheduled accordingly. What disappointed me most was the lack of clear and truthful communication. Being made to wait for so long without a proper update has really affected my trust in them.
