Recently visited Batra's Clinic at Abu Dhabi and had a unsatisfied experience. However its understood its a free consultation so we can assume how much attention will be received. Upon the registration procedure it was very strange that the front office staff was not even ready to check our insurance coverage with the concerned insurance team they made me to talk with the team and then they were clarified my insurance benefits. Normally this kind of things will be taken care by the staff in the counter in any type of medical clinics.so the first impression was very poor. However the doctor consultation was excellent. He spend almost 20 minutes and cleared all my doubts and suggested for the type of treatment after leaving his cabin my mind was almost prepared to go for the treatment from next week. So the impression again goes better. Thanks to Dr.Imran And finally graph comes down from the reception staff approach while discussing about the cost of the treatment. Generally everyone aware that hair related treatments are costly and normally patients having normally doubts to clear that. Similar way when i was the asked the concerned person in the front office specifically for one part why this much range it arrives for the treatment... His answer was very unprofessional way and very rude too. Generally it was his duty to convince and make understand the customer for the treatment cost. Unfortunately they failed in it by showing wrong gestures while we are talking and very unprofessional talk to the customer. Moreover we need to think for some time to go for the treatment since we are paying a huge amount and that kind of gratitude is also not there from their side. STRICTLLY BUSSINESS MIND APPROACH AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR I hope they will try to improve the quality service to be provided for the upcoming customers

Ir was a good experience with dr. Imran and he explained very well regarding the hair condition and the related tratment. Mr mohammed in the front desk has detailedly expalined the payment process and discounts.

Consulted with Dr. Imran, regarding hairfall, he examined and identified the root cause of hair fall and suggested with suitable options. Satisfied with how the doctor interrogated all details and then provided the treatment options.

Very positive experience from my treatment and seeing fantastic results. I’m so pleased I’m finally getting my hair back. All staff are helpful and friendly with nothing being too much for them. 10/10
