I started my hormone replacement therapy with Medi-Gyn four months ago, and I am truly grateful to have found this option, especially since this type of treatment is not available in the country where I live. Both Irina and Dr. Valentina have been incredibly professional, kind, and responsible, and I really appreciate the care and discretion with which they handle all the information related to my treatment. I am very grateful to have access to this alternative and to feel supported throughout the process. I would highly recommend Medi-Gyn to any woman going through perimenopause who is looking for professional and personalized hormonal care.

Extremely disappointing and misleading experience I used Medi-Gyn once before and was already not particularly impressed with the doctor or the overall experience. I only continued because I had my own doctor in the US review my lab results and confirm that I could remain on the same dosage. I informed the Medi-Gyn doctor of this, and she agreed that maintaining the dosage was appropriate. Less than three months later, I contacted Medi-Gyn because I was running low on my medication and would be traveling. I received a message saying that I could order a one-month refill through a payment link. There was no mention that I would be charged AED 525 for a prescription or that I would be required to have another medical consultation. Unfortunately, I paid without checking the amount carefully first. I later discovered that AED 525 had been charged for what they called a “prescription,” despite the fact that I never spoke to or saw a doctor. When I requested a refund, they refused. What I found particularly unacceptable is that the so-called prescription was initially nothing more than an email stating the medication name and dosage. It did not include a doctor’s name or signature. Only after I questioned this did they resend it with a stamp. If a company is going to charge AED 525 for a prescription, particularly when there has been no consultation with a doctor, the patient should be clearly informed of the fee before payment is taken. That basic transparency was completely missing here. I feel that I was misled into paying for a service I did not request and was not informed I was being charged for. There are plenty of reputable and trustworthy doctors and clinics in Dubai. Based on my experience, Medi-Gyn is not one of them, and I would not recommend them. Be very careful to check the price and exactly what you are paying for before submitting any payment to this company.

I've been to several gynecologists, but rarely have I felt as well cared for as here. The doctor really takes her time, listens attentively, and explains everything calmly and clearly. The practice team is also very friendly and organized, so you immediately feel welcome. I especially appreciated how respectfully and sensitively sensitive topics were handled. I will definitely come back and can wholeheartedly recommend the clinic.
