in the last weekI am extremely disappointed with Aura Aesthetic Clinic. I booked an appointment for a CO2 laser session that had been recommended to me by a doctor from another clinic, and I chose Aura because their prices were more affordable than others. I clearly informed them that I did not need a medical consultation, only the practitioner performing the treatment. When I arrived for my session, I was first seen by a receptionist who told me the doctor would see me. The doctor then tried to sell me filler treatments and informed me that before undergoing the laser session, I needed skin preparation with gels and creams sold by the clinic, costing over AED 1,000. I was told that without these products, they could not perform the laser treatment as the results would be worse. As I was about to leave, I was informed that I still had to pay AED 368 for the medical consultation, plus over AED 1,000 for the creams plus 1session of laser treatment AED 1800. I was so angry about what felt like a complete scam, then I left after paying for a consultation I had never requested. This experience felt unethical and misleading. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone and I will not be returning.

a week agoI had an outstanding experience at Aura Aesthetic . I highly recommend Dr Mohamed Amir and all his professional team especially Inas. I did Botox and filler and it was amazing . I trust the doctor and sure I will come again .
