After requesting a refund for a service, I was asked to sign a refund form — however, they refused to provide me a copy of the document, which is highly unprofessional and concerning. Since then, I have followed up multiple times through messages and calls, but I have been completely ignored. I also requested to speak with a manager to resolve the issue properly, and that request was never acknowledged. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and refusal to provide documentation raises serious concerns about their business practices. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, especially when it comes to payments and refund policies.
