2 weeks agoThere is consistently a very long waiting time, i have been waiting for 3 hours even if you have appointment. It is not acceptable to repeatedly keep patients waiting for hours. The atmosphere in the waiting area is very tense, and most people appear frustrated and unhappy. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. While the doctorโs work may be good, the long and poorly managed waiting times make me unlikely to return. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and works on improving the scheduling and patient flow.
