2 weeks agoI recently visited Age Medical for a full-body laser hair removal session with Ms. Doa. She was polite, kind, and pleasant during the appointment. Unfortunately, the quality of the treatment was very disappointing. After returning home from my appointment, I noticed several clearly missed areas with visible, long hair strands still remaining. As a healthcare professional who has completed a laser therapy course, I understand the difference between normal remaining follicles after treatment and untreated hair. These were clearly missed sections. I contacted the clinic through customer service on WhatsApp, and they provided an email address for submitting my complaint. I have sent several emails to that address, but despite many days passing, I have not received any response or acknowledgment. I am highly disappointed with both the treatment outcome and the lack of customer support. A professional clinic should take complaints seriously and respond within a reasonable time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Age Medical’s services to anyone.

a month agoI’ve had laser done in many different places and Dr Doaa at AMC is by far the most efficient and detail oriented that Ive ever met/seen. She does such a good job, I recommend her to everyone.
