4 months agoI took my 8-year-old daughter to the salon for a trim ahead of Eid, and unfortunately, the level of service was extremely disappointing. The trim cost 90 dirhams, which I was happy to pay—but what we received did not reflect that price at all. There was no wash, no blow dry (which I understand was part of a separate package for 300 dirhams), but even the dry cut felt rushed and careless. The stylist didn’t bother to even section the hair or use clips, just brushed through it once, and made a few quick snips before saying it was done. There was no attention to detail, no effort to ensure it was even, and certainly no sense of care, especially for a young child on a special occasion. My daughter always kooks forward to her haircuts and always treated very kindly - this lady didnt even acknowledge her ! I’m not expecting luxury, but I do expect basic professionalism and a pleasant experience—especially when visiting for something as special as Eid with my child. Sadly, we won’t be returning.
