in the last weekI visited this clinic in Abu Dhabi for a routine teeth cleaning. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disturbing and unprofessional. During the procedure, the staff member performing the cleaning behaved inappropriately toward me and crossed physical boundaries multiple times. I froze in the moment and did not know how to react. After leaving, I felt overwhelmed and contacted the police. I returned to the clinic with them, but the staff member in question was no longer present. Instead of handling the situation seriously, the management was dismissive and defensive. While I was explaining what happened, some staff members were laughing, which made the situation even more humiliating. I ended up having a panic attack at the clinic due to how the situation was handled. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect shown. Patients should feel safe and taken seriously in a medical setting. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience.
