One of the most wonderful experiences we've had was with Awais Dental Clinic. I can only express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Ahmed Awais for his exceptional professionalism, refined character, and meticulous attention to every detail of the treatment. My daughter Sarah's case was very challenging. She was missing three teeth, and the position of her teeth was extremely complex. But thanks to God first, and then to Dr. Ahmed's expertise in orthodontics, the situation gradually improved beyond our expectations, until we achieved the ideal result. After that, I completed the treatment with Dr. Ghada for dental implants, which was an equally exceptional experience. She worked with complete honesty, dedication, and integrity, as if she were treating a member of her own family. The result was amazing and so natural that it was difficult to distinguish the implant from the natural teeth, a testament to her precision and great professionalism. Thank God, the final result exceeded all my expectations and made my daughter incredibly happy. A huge thank you to the Awais Clinic team for this outstanding level of care and attention. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking the best dental treatment, orthodontics, or implants. It combines expertise, professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service. I have been going to Oaiss Clinic for years, and I can honestly say it has been the best experience. Dr. Ahmad Oaiss did my braces for 2 years, and the results were amazing. Throughout my treatment, my teeth were cleaned regularly, and they always took great care of my teeth. Dr. Ahmad was professional, patient, and made sure everything was progressing perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the final outcome. After my braces, I had a tooth implant done by Dr. Ghada. The whole procedure was smooth, and I experienced almost no pain. The implant looks and feels just like my natural tooth, and I am very happy with the result. Their root canal treatment is also excellent. The doctors are highly skilled, and the care they provide is outstanding. The staff at Oaiss Clinic are some of the kindest and most welcoming people I have met. They are always friendly, helpful, and make every visit comfortable. I completely disagree with any negative comments about this clinic because my experience has been nothing but excellent. In my opinion, Oaiss Braces Clinic is the best dental clinic in Abu Dhabi. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for professional dentists, excellent care, and outstanding results.

Very disappointing experience. I started my dental treatment at this clinic, where my tooth was opened and the initial treatment was performed. I was then referred to their specialist for the root canal treatment. Unfortunately, I have been waiting for more than three weeks, and the specialist has still not been available. As a result, I now have to seek treatment at another clinic and most likely start the process all over again. This has caused me unnecessary delays, inconvenience, and wasted time. I also contacted the call center and asked to speak with the clinic manager to raise my concerns. However, despite my request, I was not connected to the manager or anyone responsible for handling complaints. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the way my case was handled and cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience.
