Worst experience ever for orthodontic. Don't ever pay money , it's not only wasting money , it ruins your health n peace,they don't care about any of ur issues. I just went for retainer and they gave whole 15 aligners also cut tooth which they couldn't fix ever and after finishing all aligners i have TMJ pain, neck pain , bite issue, feeling pressure on throat, also can't breathe properly now due to completely misalignment of jaw n teeth. Even in the begin I said i am not feeling comfortable , i cant bite or chew properly n have pain in jaw, they didnt even look in to that.they said trust the process everything will alright .I paid 8k aed upfront and now they are saying doctor who treated is gone out of country. Now am here with all these issues and don't know what to do . Dr. Arshiya and Dr.Ajay together have done all this. Save ur life ,don't ever go to Magnum!

Absolutely terrible experience. I would never recommend this dental center to anyone. The dentist barely examined me properly and immediately relied on an X-ray. Within minutes, I was told that I had a nerve infection, an abscess, and that I needed root canal treatment, multiple sessions, and a crown. Then I was sent to reception, where the whole conversation felt more like a sales pitch than a medical consultation. They started discussing a treatment plan costing around AED 2,500–3,000, with even more money for the crown, while at the same time telling me they could not even say how many sessions I would need. How can you recommend invasive and expensive treatment when you are not even able to clearly explain the treatment plan? Thankfully, I refused to let them touch my tooth and went to another dentist the next day for a second opinion. The second dentist told me that I had NO nerve infection, NO abscess, and NO need for root canal treatment. That is completely unacceptable. A root canal is not a small procedure. Once the nerve is removed, you cannot undo it. If I had trusted the first diagnosis and allowed them to start treatment on a healthy tooth, who exactly would have taken responsibility for that? I left this place feeling that money was the priority, not proper diagnosis or patient care. My advice: do not blindly trust an expensive treatment plan from this center. Get a second opinion before allowing them to perform any major dental procedure. I personally would never go back.
