a week agoHonestly, the customer service was terrible. I've never seen anything like it in my life. I made an appointment and waited for the doctor for two hours. The doctor's name is Prabir Paul. He's supposed to leave work at 8, but when he found out I was covered by the umbrella insurance, he refused to do anything for me, even though I was in pain right in front of him and waiting for the insurance company's response. When I told them I'd pay out of pocket, he just sat there and ignored me. I've never seen anything worse in my life, not even in the UAE. I really need someone to stand up for me about the doctor's behavior and the way he treated me, just because I'm covered by the umbrella insurance. I tried to speak to someone in charge, but the response was, "There's no one in charge." How can a hospital this big and wide have no one in charge to listen to me?
