in the last weekI needed my extensions removed and reinstalled but after 1 day the extension fell off in 1 DAY at dinner and I came back and he put it back up, ( usually amazing service would offer treatment , style complimentary , not here) still I thought okay let’s give another go and I do hair treatment, nail etc . Then the second one started coming off in 10 days and the technique they are doing is not what I originally had and they remove the extensions with razors and totally damaged the hair . They blame the extensions but this isn’t the issue other salons didn’t have this issue and my extensions lasts 8 weeks . On top of this they still charge me for blow dry etc even though their service was terrible and their mistake . I wanted to cry today when I saw how my hair was getting treated ,and over priced . I won’t be coming back , wouldn’t recommend .
