I would say that my experience with this clinic was not bad, but unfortunately, it was not as good as I had hoped either. During my first appointment, I had wart removal and underarm laser hair removal. The staff were welcoming and friendly, which I appreciated. However, during the treatment, I noticed that the dermatologist who attended to me was on a video call or call with someone throughout session . At first, I thought she might be speaking to me, but there was very little communication or interaction between us throughout the treatment. As a patient, I would have appreciated a bit more attention and communication, especially during a procedure. For my second underarm laser session, I contacted the clinic through WhatsApp to ask whether I needed to make an appointment or if I could simply walk in, since I had been advised to return after two weeks. They replied to my initial message, but when I specifically asked whether I needed to book an appointment, my message was seen but not answered. I assumed that a walk-in would be fine, so I went to the clinic. When I arrived, I was asked whether I had an appointment. I explained that I had messaged them but did not receive a response to my question. They still accommodated me, which I appreciated, although I had to wait because the doctor was on a break. I understand that these things happen, and I am generally a patient and understanding person. Unfortunately, during my second session, the same situation happened again, with the doctor being on a video call or call all throughout the session. I was also told that the clinic would contact me regarding my third session, but several months have now passed and I have not received any follow-up. I also didn't bother contacting them again since I expected the clinic to reach out as they had mentioned. Overall, I appreciate the welcoming staff and the fact that they still accommodated me, but I believe there is room for improvement when it comes to patient communication, attention during procedures, and follow-up appointments. I’m sharing this simply as honest feedback based on my experience. Hopefully, it can help improve the patient experience for others in the future.

I don't know how people have given them such good reviews. I have had a very bad experience here. Their staff is always in a hurry My bottle caused a reaction twice, and another thing was that when I arrived here, I wasn't introduced to any doctor; they simply administered the standard treatment.I haven't seen even one percent of results here, despite undergoing so many sessions; it is nothing but a waste of money—they are just fooling people.very bad

1st time to visit there clinic, thanks to all friendly and amazing staff. Looking forward to comeback soon.
