2 months agoWe purchased an IVF injection package and attended several sessions. During one of the consultations, a doctor from the clinic told us that the injections were not effective and would not provide any benefit. When we requested a refund the money based of the doctor , the clinic refused If a doctor from your clinic stated that this treatment is not beneficial, how can we be expected to trust the effectiveness of any other treatments offered by the clinic?

2 months agoWe bought a package of whitening injections and we didn't benefit at all from them. Of course, there was a doctor there who criticized the injections and told us that no one benefited from them in the first place, and indeed his words turned out to be 100% true. Anyway, we wanted to get our money back, but they told us that we couldn't, but it's okay to take another package, but we don't trust that we should do another procedure with them, and they lied to us about this 🥲..
