a month agoAvoid AVOID AVOIDDD!!! Terrible communication. Wrong premises listed on Google. My appointment was confirmed on a Saturday - on whatsapp. Went to the Google listed address (in business bay which was a nightmare to reach) got there at 10am and was told THEY HAVE MOVED. No one answers the phone listed here or on instagram - was finally spoke to someone and given a different place to go - also in business bay, I get there and there is no Cloud 11 Salon anywhere. NO WHERE. The manager tells me that’s Cloud 9 were renting a seat in a different salon. HOW ODD AND BIZARRE!! Not to tell a customer you have a new premises It’s 11am (an hour after my appointment) and I have been told that my stylist is on the way - I am sat in another salon called Hadeel salon and apparently someone from Cloud 9 is coming to do my hair… 1 hour later than my appointment. Still waiting. I feel so frustrated and disappointed and they have not even started my hair…! Not a Great start. 11:10 still waiting for the stylist to turn up They keep lying and telling me 5 minutes 11:19 they arrived. Struggled to get the correct style 11:55 I keep saying it’s not what I want and she is rolling her eyes. Burnt my neck and ears while blow drying (picture attached) 1:45 I have been just left as I have looked at the mermaid braids I asked for and they look so rough and uneven! I asked her to stop. I left the house at 9:30 for a 10am appointment and it’s 2:30pm now and I have been messed about for almost 6 hours and still not had my hair done! WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I would not recommend cloud 11 in a million years. Do yourself a favour and find a different salon

2 weeks agoDoris did my boho braids and it was what I expected! Although , it took more time than what it should be , it turned out great. Lizzy blow drying just needs a little improvement as she burned my scalp more than twice from the heat. Overall, the staff was nice and accommodating. Location just needs to be more clear with the actual salon name and have the Air conditioning system be much better as it was extremely hot during the entire time my hair was being done.

4 months agoI recently got K-tip extensions at this salon, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The stylist did an excellent job—the extensions blend seamlessly with my natural hair, and the application was so comfortable. The quality is fantastic, and my hair looks fuller, shinier, and more voluminous than ever. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and truly listened to what I wanted. The salon itself was clean and welcoming, making the whole experience enjoyable. If you’re considering hair extensions, I **highly recommend** this salon—they know what they’re doing, and you’ll leave feeling confident and beautiful. I’ll definitely be back!

6 months agoThe sew in process took 5 hours when I was told it would take 2. I paid over 5000 aed (including hair) and had to pay more to remove it as the installation was so bulky. I was told a few hours over text before my appointment that their salon was closed for renovations and that they would be sending a man for the installation at my home. Obviously this was unexpected and I realised I’d be home alone with a stranger and when I voiced this concern they didn’t understand why I’d be worried and played it off with laughing emojis. They couldn’t prove this man worked for the salon either but agreed to send a lady to accompany him. My hair was braided/sewn so thick underneath that I was limited to a voluminous hairstyle to hide the bulge and could only wear it out (not in a bun which is compulsory for my work). I let them know immediately after and there was no apology and they vaguely suggested a re-installation but couldn’t accomodate anything around my work schedule. I am really unhappy and had to pay another salon to have it removed the very next day. I’ve called them a few times but no answer or call back even when I requested one. Currently I am being ignored and nothing has been done to rectify or resolve the issue.

2 weeks agoI made an appointment via their WhatsApp business number to which the appointment was confirmed. On the day I reach there and alas the doors are locked! I attempted to call without any responses and sent a text via WhatsApp with no responses With how much time is precious I don't understand how some people can be disrespectful of clients.
