I recently had my CO2 laser treatment for acne scars here. Before choosing this clinic, the first thing I did was check the Google reviews — and I’m glad I did! It turned out to be a great experience. The doctor was professional and reassuring, and the nurses and staff were all kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the process. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Now I’m just hoping for even better results as I heal. Definitely recommend!

Silk Clinic - HIHGLY Recommended Indeed. Visited the Silk clinic due to extreme hair loss. From front desk to Nurse to the Doctor, all are very approachable welcoming friendly &caring CLINIC hygiene and freshness brings a calmness inside out. FIrst day of my appointment, I was super nervous and so filled with lots of mixed feelings about hair PRP. DR AHMED, longterm experiences and sillls in the field, reassured me about the entire process. Dr Ahmed explained me in detail about the pre&post PRP hair treatment, The essential care needed straight after each treatment as follows Avoid direct sun exposure, heat, any activities that would produce over sweating .. REHYDRATION IS a MUST. As per my condition, I had heaps of queries to which Dr Ahmed recommended me some hair supplements along side the PRP treatment. DR AHMED highly recommended me PRP HAIR WITH BiOTIN .. After 3sessions in 2months I am super happy with result. My hair loss has lessened so far. Attached pictures proves the best results ever. I had a very disappointing and traumatic experience with Dr. Hadeel, who is also the co-owner of this clinic. From the very beginning, I felt uneasy. The nurse did not even ask if I was wearing makeup before applying Emla cream, and when I mentioned it, they had no proper makeup remover — only cheap wipes to clean my skin. That already raised concerns about the clinic’s standards of care and hygiene. During the CO₂ laser procedure, I felt the doctor was unsure about what settings to use. Also my neck was not cleaned prior to applying Emla. Unfortunately, my instincts were right. The results have been devastating. I now have severe discoloration on my face, which is far worse than before, and my neck has been permanently damaged with deep burns. The pigmentation has not improved; in fact, it has become darker and is not going away. My neck is ruined to the point that I feel unable to wear anything that shows it, which has been extremely distressing and has affected me emotionally. I waited two and a half months before writing this review, hoping things might improve, but they have not. I am sharing my experience so that no one else has to go through what I did. Please think very carefully before trusting this clinic with your skin. I have seen two other doctors and they are of the view that Dr Hafeez’s decision to treat a dark neck with Co2 laser was wrong. If she had mentioned there is a slight chance also it will become like this I would have not gone ahead with the procedure. Being a Hijabi I can’t add my photos. But pls take my word and save yourself.
