in the last weekI had a very disappointing experience with MyDoctor Healthcare. I contacted them while unwell and vulnerable and instead of transparency and professionalism I was handed a bill of nearly AED 9000 without proper prior explanation or informed consent regarding the costs. The pricing was never clearly communicated beforehand, and I felt pressured during the process while already sick. It is extremely unethical to surprise patients with such massive charges after treatment instead of discussing costs openly in advance. If it was a low income person it would take them years to repay. It’s not illegal but still extremely unethical and such a huge scam. Very shocked and disappointed.

a month agoDon’t trust this company! They are scammers. They charged extra for fast 2H results, end up sending only next day only after I have reminded them. After all this mess the doctor decided to prescribe me totally wrong antibiotics, which is not related to my results. When I asked them to change the medication, they fought with me over the phone trying to prove that it’s exactly the medication I need to take (which I even have allergy for, but they didn’t care about it). Now I have asked all the documentation I have signed and the receipt. Let’s see if they will provide me.

a month agoScammer! They will lie just to collect money from you! I was food poisoned called them for IV they replied that IV costs 350 dirhams and you can claim ! When the doc and nurse arrived they gave me 400ml IV for 10 minutes only where I usually get 3-4 liters 2-3 hours for free in hospital! They charged me 1550 dirhams 450 doc visit fees nursing fees 100 ani emetic 500 dirhams in addition 350 just the hydration and then 250 CBC. After all of this they told me but you can’t claim unless it’s 4000! So instead of me paying 350 and claim I paid 1550 and could claim anything what’s worse i ddnt recover properly because of the poor minimal hydration they provided ! Not recommended at all! Dnt ever use them !
