2 months agoI’ve been trying for almost 4 months to book a laser appointment and to finish my left over sessions from face design with no luck. The one time they answered the phone was to tell me they’re still working on the handover and the customers files from face design, and that they will call back to schedule an appointment, and that’s about it. Haven’t from them since, no one is answering the calls, and on WhatsApp if they ever reply they say they will call back and disappear again into their black hole.

a month agoMore than 3 months for a handover with no proper communication with customers and no updates on appointments, very poor service. This review applies to both managements, no clarity, no credibility and no professionalism!

a month agoThis review is for the new management specifically. I loved the old clinic, i’d been with them for years, amazing service. The new team is really unprofessional, absolutely horrible service. Been following up for months with no proper response or update on the handover of the sessions. Their phone number is also only a formality, no one picks up.
