2 months agoI did waxing and everything was extremely good - the prices - parkings are easily available - the staff - specially the lady who did my waxing "humay" she was absolutely very professional and she paid extra attention to my "ingrown hair" I would highly recommend her and I will definitely come back again multiple times - the communication was very easy and even the recipient was very welcoming from the start till finish - very lovely quiet place

10 months agoThis place is great for nails, waxing, or laser treatments. Eva is my favorite for nails! The space is super clean and modern, and the armchairs are so comfy. The staff is really nice and keeps things low-key.

a year agoI had a great experience at this salon. The staff were very nice and made me feel welcome even though I didn’t have a booking. The salon itself is lovely and I’m really happy with how my eyebrows were done. Highly recommend!

9 months agoPoor communication, disregard to client’s requests. I came with a specific request and clearly highlighted what I don’t want. The master has a kit but then halfway through the service, master decided to change the material used at her own discretion and proceeded to do exactly what I asked her not to, without saying a word to me. Nearly 3 hours of exhausting experience, poorly executed coating, and a cut cuticle as the result. No desire or initiative from the front desk manager to understand or hear out what had caused client’s dissatisfaction. How are you going to improve if you don’t even ask what has gone wrong.
