a month agoI really like Obagi Center and have always had a good experience here, but I was very, very disappointed today. I had an appointment, and they even called to confirm it and reminded me to make sure I arrive on time. I did exactly that — I arrived on time — but then they told me I had to wait because the doctor had another patient and “she might take a while.” If that’s the case, why insist that I come on time? It’s frustrating to be punctual and still have to wait without any consideration. I truly hope they improve their appointment management because this was disappointing.

2 months agoPeace be upon you, Dr. Arwa. She only talks and the work is 0/10. She tells you that she is the queen of Botox. One eyebrow is down and one is up. She did a retouch as if she was injecting water, but it didn’t work, except for the forehead, which has strange lines.
