a week agoRecently, i had a bad experience with Zeida Saloon, as i went to color my hair roots, after completing the service i noticed the huge color difference between the roots and the rest of my hair! When I complained, the management asked me to visit the center to carry the repair works, however, when i went to the correction appointment, I was told that in order to carry the correction works and fix the mistake of the hair stylist, i must pay Additional Charges, and the corrective work would take 4 to 5 hours! This is such a disappointing experience with Zeida and its Management, and i Never expected such mistakes and responses from such a professional team

a month agoMy experience with Ziedas was unfortunately very bad. I booked an appointment for eyelashes and a haircut, and in my WhatsApp message I clearly described the haircut I wanted and stated that I have short hair. After waiting for 20 minutes, I was told that no one was able to cut short hair. The only person who can do it would be available again tomorrow. This is embarrassing for such a renowned salon. Total disappointment — I am really angry about this service and the wasted time.

a month agoI don’t recommend this salon. The receptionist made a mistake and charged me the full amount instead of applying the promotion I was eligible for. Be cautious when paying—double-check the amount at the terminal, as the salon may indicate a higher price or the receptionist might overcharge you.
