    I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the dishonest and unprofessional behavior of Mrs. Nehal. When I first discussed my procedure with her, she clearly stated that if I paid AED 5,250, I would receive an additional AED 2,000 credit to use for any services with Dr. Asaad. Based on this assurance, I made the full payment and completed my procedure. However, when I later tried to use the AED 2,000 credit toward services I selected, Mrs. Nehal changed her position and deliberately increased the prices of those services so that I could not fully benefit from the promised offer. This act is misleading and unacceptable. It is a clear breach of trust and reflects very poorly on VLCC’s integrity and customer commitment. I expect this matter to be reviewed immediately, and I request a written explanation and corrective action from management. Clients should not be misled or taken advantage of after making payments based on verbal agreements from staff. I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution. I don’t recommend anyone to take packages because they’re not honests. 22 October 2025 I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the unprofessional behavior I experienced during my recent visit for a follow-up and to use the remaining credit from my previous payment. I had booked an appointment and arrived approximately 15 minutes late. Upon arrival, the receptionist asked me to check with the doctor if he would still accept me, and the doctor kindly agreed to proceed with the service. However, while the doctor was performing the procedure, Ms. Nehal entered the room and abruptly interrupted, raising her voice and accusing me incorrectly of having written a negative review about her and the doctor ( the above review). She also falsely claimed that I had come without an appointment and entered without informing anyone. Her tone was extremely disrespectful and disruptive, and she continued arguing in front of the doctor, creating an embarrassing and unprofessional scene. This was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had at a clinic. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone like her Nehal in a managerial position. It reflects poorly on the clinic’s management and standards of customer care. Unfortunately, the clinic’s management and staff behavior particularly Ms Nehal do not reflect the same level of professionalism. It is truly disappointing, and I will not be returning to this clinic or recommending it to others.

    Very Bad Experience – VLCC Khaldiya Abu Dhabi I want to share my experience with VLCC Khaldiya, and it was truly disappointing. The place is not hygienic, and the management is very poor. On my first visit, the staff was friendly — but only until the payment was done. After that, they kept forgetting my appointments and acted surprised when I came, showing no proper coordination at all. The products used for fat and weight loss are not effective. It seems the main goal is only to sell and make money, not to care about the clients. It feels more like a market than a clinic. I started at 79 kg, and after completing half of the injections and sessions, my weight increased to 83 kg and fat from 21% to 23% — which proves the product is not working. When I asked for a refund for the remaining sessions, they refused and tried to sell me other products instead. One staff member named Nihal was especially rude and disrespectful, talking to customers in a very unprofessional way — as if working in her own family shop, not a medical center. She is one of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever met in a clinic environment. I have all WhatsApp messages, call records, and documents proving my experience. VLCC should really investigate this branch. It gives a very bad image to the brand.

    I want to share my honest experience with VLCC Khaldiya – Abu Dhabi. First day, everything looked nice and the staff was friendly — but after payment, everything changed. No proper management, no hygiene, and they forgot my appointments several times. I joined for fat loss; I was 79 kg, and after half of the sessions, I became 83 kg! Fat increased from 21% to 23%. When I asked for refund, they refused and tried to sell me other products. I have all WhatsApp chats, calls, and documents to prove it. This place is not a clinic — it’s only about selling, not results. Very bad experience. Be careful before joining.

    I am writing in order to complaint about VLCC mis commitment regarding my sessions transfer from AbuDhabi to Doha. At the time of registration I informed about my move that half of my sessions will be in doha and they certainly agreed to that. Now I have consumed 3 sessions only out of 6 in Abu dhabi and moved to doha 2 months back.But they are not fulfilling their promise.Neither are they paying me back.Its bee months I am contacting them. High level of dishonesty and distrust. I am going to officially file a complaint in consumer right department of UAE.
