I recently relocated to Abu Dhabi and was searching for a new skin clinic, relying heavily on Google reviews as I didn’t know anyone locally. After reviewing the clinic’s Instagram page, I knew this was the right place. From the very first contact, the experience was seamless. I sent a WhatsApp message and received a prompt response. All of my questions were answered clearly, with treatment options, pricing, and appointment availability provided upfront, which made the entire process feel effortless. On the day of my appointment, I took a wrong turn and arrived late. The team’s response was immediate and reassuring, telling me not to worry at all. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Madam Eman, Bayan, Abeer, and Shahd, who made me feel like a long-standing client from the moment I walked in. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were exceptional, right down to the lovely tea offered while completing the paperwork. My consultation with Dr Dalia was equally impressive. She took the time to discuss my concerns, explain the available options, and talk me through each step of the treatment, including aftercare. She immediately put me at ease, and the level of care and professionalism throughout the appointment was outstanding. I left feeling genuinely looked after and confident in the care I received. I’ve already booked my next appointment and am looking forward to continuing my treatments. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional care and service in Abu Dhabi.
