a week agoBad customer service. I’ve inquired on hair extensions. It’s important to know how much do they charge for 1 capsule, nearby prices for 100g of hair and so on. All details were provided but zero answers were given. The reception or whoever was communicating with me didn’t even bother herself to help me. Just same message was sent over and over which killed my desire to get any service there. No support, they don’t care. If this is the first step - imagine how bad is the next if I didn’t even pay money yet. Sorry if my feedback didn’t meet your expectations. 💜
