I didn’t expect such visible improvement so quickly, but my scars are noticeably smoother, lighter, and just look so much better overall. Oksana really knows what she is doing and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable the whole time. It felt very professional but still warm and personal — not rushed at all.
