I’ve had a visit to skin laundry for a follow up app , and doing fractional laser with Nurse July. The nurse was great while doing with the procedure .. Receptionist was very kind and welcoming .. Won’t be my last visit

I booked a laser session at this clinic and had a very disappointing experience. First, my appointment was already delayed a few days because of “technical issues.” Then, when I was finally in the treatment room ready to start my laser session, the staff came in and told me there was another client booked for the same time, so I had to leave the room and wait outside for 20 minutes. When I did my session, the AC was set at 26°C, the room was so hot, and the heat made the pain of the laser much worse. I told the technician but nothing was done, and I couldn’t even finish my session. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, she said the AC had been broken for over a week. If the clinic knew about the AC issue, they should not have booked clients or at least informed us beforehand. They also should have offered a discount or some form of compensation, but nothing was done. Overall, very unprofessional service and I don’t think I will continue with this clinic.

Update 2/9 It’s now been 2 months since my BBL face treatment, and sadly my skin has still not healed. I even went through the Cosmelan peel with full home care (around AED 4,000), but the dark pigmentation has not fully recovered — which I believe my skin was deeply burned. What’s most disappointing is that the clinic asked me to delete my review in exchange for a refund — something I did not accept. For my neck treatment session, I also refused to proceed because I no longer trust the clinic. Instead, I used the session credit to purchase some products, thankful to Dala. The only person who genuinely tried to help was Dalal, the center manager, but overall this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. —————- June I went to this clinic for a BBL treatment after being clearly assured by both the doctor and service staff that there would be no risk of burns or lasting skin damage — only temporary redness with no downtime. I was extremely specific about this concern, and the doctor confidently dismissed any possibility of any burn scars or harsh reaction. Unfortunately, my skin was burned during the procedure. This has not only caused visible damage but has also left me with a much more serious issue than I initially went in for skin brightening — previously my skin was in excellent condition. The clinic’s assurances turned out to be completely misleading, and now I’m left dealing with the emotional and physical damage of after procedure.
