in the last weekReception service is very poor. I still have a few hair removal sessions left, but after that I do not want to continue going to this clinic. I have had Botox and facial boost treatments here a few times before. I like the hair removal specialists, but every single visit involves a very long wait. Usually I wait 35–40 minutes, and today I waited more than an hour. What makes the experience even worse is the attitude at reception. The receptionists make you feel uncomfortable for simply arriving on time. After waiting silently for 20 minutes, I have to keep reminding them about my appointment every 15 minutes. My appointments never start on time. Someone else is always taken before me, while I continue waiting without any clear explanation. This feels very disrespectful to the client’s time, especially when I have other plans scheduled afterward and cannot predict when my appointment will actually begin or end. I am always on time for my procedures. I even take a taxi to avoid being late, yet I am constantly forced to wait. I would rather choose another clinic where clients are treated with respect and can leave feeling happy instead of disappointed by the indifference and lack of professionalism. Client Ayna
