If you want to burn your eyelashes with chemicals go to this salon my wife was burned by their liquid incompetence in the eyes on the eyelashes on the skin she ended up in the emergency If I could have put 0 I would have made it beauty salon to flee quickly

Extremely terrible experience - when I entered they had no clue what service I had come for even though I had called to make the appointment and very clearly stated my services. The front desk lady was clueless. - sat me down on the pedicure seat and then couldn’t find a technician to do my nails so made me do my brows first eventually. - I had asked for just polish change on my feet, they ended up doing a pedicure but I couldn’t be bothered to argue or even tell them anything :) - I declined doing my gel refill on my hands here because I asked for the products they use and honestly they’re not good quality. Plus I didn’t trust the technician based on what I was seeing around me - the other women’s nails. - my toes hurt today after the pedicure .. way too rough and she has removed way too much of my skin on my cuticles, it’s literally sore - I was supposed to come in with a friend and asked to be seated together but of course that didn’t happen either. All in all - the employees have no idea what is going on, what’s supposed to happen or how to professionally deal with things. Also just to mention that when I walked in, the manager or some lady was literally yelling at one of the technicians in the reception area. So unprofessional and the way she was screaming and talking to her - I hope she’s spoken to like that one day to understand how it may feel. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND I HAVE ALREADY TOLD MY FRIEND NEVER TO GO HERE AGAIN AND I WILL TELL ALL MY SOBHA FRIENDS NOT TO GO HERE AGAIN.

UPDATE I got a fungal nail because of this salon! I just got my nails done here and recently left a review saying I wasn't satisfied. Their hygiene is terrible! I've been doing nails for over 5 years and have never had a problem with a fungal nail! Damn, what a dirty salon with very poor hygiene. I'm definitely not done with you guys. ——, I had a very bad experience here and I would not recommend this salon at all. I came for a French manicure and pedicure, but the results are extremely disappointing. The nails are far too thick, uneven, and poorly shaped. My cuticles became red, sensitive, and painful afterwards, which shows a complete lack of proper care and hygiene. On top of that, the staff were overly pushy and kept trying to sell me additional services and products, which made the experience very uncomfortable. I paid a high price expecting professional work, but instead I received results that look sloppy and have even caused me pain. This was not worth the money at all, and I strongly advise others to think twice before coming here. Im never coming back

This salon is 10/10, both me and my mother got amazing service,we did manicure, pedicure, for massage, the ladies are super professionals and very detailed in their work. The atmosphere is fun and lovely. I truly recommend, and I will definitely be back!
