Saray Spa

We had a great experience at Saray Spa in Marriott, where we tried the deep muscle massage and it truly was an experience. The therapists are skilled and clearly know what they’re doing, making the treatment both effective and relaxing. The facilities are well maintained and create a calming atmosphere. The only downside was that the team seemed a bit rushed, which slightly took away from the otherwise soothing vibe.

Could be a nice spa if it was not so unprofessional. First time I had a bad experience with them when I booked massage at 6 o’clock and arrived at 5 to have enough time for the check in and enjoyment of the facilities, such as sauna, jacuzzi, steam room etc. I was very surprised when the lady came at 5:25 and tried to drag me out of jacuzzi saying that it’s time for my massage, I’m sure I booked for 6 and I mentioned it during check it but somehow no respect was paid towards my time and they turned it upside down. I decided to give them the second chance and came for massage with my husband. I made sure I booked a couple room for 2 of us. When we arrived we were told that massage is going to be in 2 separate rooms, I tried to insist on a mistake but she didn’t care and didn’t even say sorry. We are not coming back there. Don’t waste your time and energy. It’s quite an overrated place for what they are offering and how they are treating their customers

Jacoozi wasn't working despite been paid for separately for the couple room. They also still charged for the jacoozi and wouldn't deduct it from the total bill... Massage started late cos they were not ready but they expect the massage to end at the same time. The staff just says we are busy and can't do anything about it.

Maya and Rinso were both lovely, knowledgeable and cooperative. They ensured to make my experience more enjoyable and relaxing~♡
