When she went there, they charged AED 26 for a consultation and then told her that no laser appointment was actually available. The so-called consultation was done by a laser technician, not a doctor, and it was unnecessary. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam — taking payment for a service that wasn’t even provided. Very careless staff and misleading communication. Definitely not recommended at all.

This is completely misleading and dishonest. They took my money for something I never asked for and wasted my time. It feels like they’re just trying to make money unfairly. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Totally unacceptable service and zero professionalism.
