Have gotten all my skin treatments done from here, I absolutely love the service. The specialists give you the best consultation and treatment options, and the nurses are very gentle with you. Its my go to for any treatment and booking an appointment is very quick and easy! Special shoutout to Mohinur and Priya, for always making it a good experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Riva Laser medical centre. The staff is friendly and the clinic environment is clean and comfortable. A special mention to Dr. Dhanusha — she is truly exceptional. She guides very well, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the treatment. Her professionalism and caring approach really stand out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for safe and quality laser treatment.

I would never recommend Riva Laser for pigmentation issues, as they are extremely inexperienced. During my first visit, they explained the treatment plan and started my sessions. However, for my follow-up appointments, they kept postponing without proper communication. Only after I repeatedly contacted them and raised my voice did they finally give me an appointment. Even after completing several sessions, there was absolutely no improvement in my dark marks. In fact, they became darker than before. When I raised this concern at my final session, they gave multiple excuses. First, they blamed my lifestyle. Then they said it was because of the cream I was using—even though it was the same cream they had prescribed. After that, they claimed it might be due to sun exposure, which makes no sense as I have an office job and barely go out in the sun. After giving all these excuses, they said they only provide treatment and do not guarantee results, which I had already agreed to from the beginning. However, worsening of the condition is unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to sell me additional sessions. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. This clinic is a complete waste of money for pigmentation treatments, and I strongly advise others not to visit Riva Laser for such issues.

There are hundreds of Laser treatment centers in Dubai and some are less expensive and have better ambience than Riva but it's not the technology but the technicians like Mahinoor that make a difference. I tried other technicians here too but no one comes even close to Mahinoor when it comes to using the right laser frequency, modifying the treatment to get better results and an overall understanding of the treatment and using it in line with client's skin type.
