in the last weekI would like to share my honest experience with your clinic regarding my alopecia treatment. When I first started, I was given a treatment package of three sessions per month. During the first and second months, your team was very active in contacting me and updating me about my schedule. I could also see some hair growth, although it was gradual. However, my third month, the communication suddenly stopped. I was not given any schedule or follow-up for the next month, and I had to contact the clinic myself after waiting almost a month. I was then told that a schedule was supposed to have been given to me, when I had actually received nothing. Honestly, it feels like the attention was much better when I was still making payments. After the payment was made, the follow-up and communication became very poor. I still have remaining sessions in my package, but because of this experience, I have decided not to continue with them. I hope the clinic understands that patient care should not only be about receiving payment, but also about properly following up and caring for patients throughout their treatment. I also came to the clinic because of the many positive things promoted by influencers, but unfortunately, my personal experience has not matched what I saw online.
