in the last weekVery bad and unacceptable behavior from both the lady owner and manager. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. Didn’t even try to communicate properly or respectfully — overall a terrible experience. Very unpleasant environment as well.

in the last weekWhen a patient has a nerve problem, the nerve should be removed, not the tooth drilled, the decay treated, and the tooth closed without the dentist addressing the root canal. My wife suffered from this and had to visit another dental clinic where the tooth was drilled again for the root canal, meaning we paid twice. The best thing about the clinic is their customer service; they are very kind and helpful.

in the last weekMasha'Allah, Dr. Raja is excellent. I had a lot of problems with my teeth, and she treated them all in two excellent weeks.

a week agoThey lack coordination. One person said the system works and this particular dentist is available at my preferred time, but another person said the opposite. I booked an appointment 2 days in advance, and then A FEW HOURS before my scheduled appointment, someone called and asked me to reschedule because the dentist was leaving early that day. Look how annoying this is! Do you guys think we don't have other plans before and after this? You said you're taking steps to improve your scheduling and communication, but I think it's going to take forever for you to improve. And the worst part? The wait is so long. 2 hours? Really?
