6 months agoI visited the clinic today and waited over 30 minutes for my turn. When I asked the receptionist if the doctor was available, I was told she was busy with another patient and wouldn’t give an estimated time for when I’d be seen. Instead, they suggested I reschedule for next Monday, as the doctor doesn't work on weekends. Given that I was feeling unwell and had to rush back to work, this kind of attitude is unprofessional and inconsiderate.
