2 months agoInitially, my experience was satisfactory, particularly with my laser sessions, which led me to renew my package in November. However, since December, the situation has deteriorated significantly: no technician is available to perform the sessions, there is no clear communication, and above all, no response from customer service despite my numerous follow-ups. For several months, I have been requesting a refund for the services not received, without receiving any response or solution. Following my visit to the center, I also observed that it appears to be experiencing serious operational difficulties, which raises serious concerns about the continuity of its services. I deplore a complete lack of professionalism and transparency. I strongly advise against using this establishment.

3 months agoI've been trying to make an appointment for my tattoo removal session for a long time, but my appointments are canceled at the last moment and I don't get a response to my calls/messages. Such irregular and non-communicational progress of the process creates victimization. I expect a more professional communication and a clear appointment planning.
