I had a problem with the bridge, and the Shadi Center fixed it by replacing it with a new one at no additional cost, which was very good and much appreciated. I gave a 3-star review because I was initially told by the doctor that the first bridge was made of zirconium, although it was later found not to be zirconium !.

Despite the fact I'm dealing with the clinic for the last 15 years, today I had the worst ever experience since the lady named "Hazel" is handling the appointment bookings. Yesturday, I was told by her I'm booking to you at 4:30pm after she confirmed available booking with Dr. Fadwa accordingly I didn't bother to check any SMS that is usually dispatched to my wife phone number as my son is registered under here number. When I arrived Hazel wasn't on her desk the other lady at the reception told me sir your son appointment at 5:30pm. In two minutes Hazel came and she clarifies to me and her colleague that the appointment is at 4:30PM based on yesterday verbal confirmation. At 4:20pm Hazel told me he will be next after the existing patient will finish. At 4:50PM she made another claimer that she is still awaiting the insurance approval. In between I confirmed that other patients are already booked at 4:30pm and 5:00pm so previous stories were baseless!! . Surprisingly at 5:30PM Dr. ADEY thankfully take the case for both scalling and returner. When I told my objectives as well to make sure no single tooth required treatment and unfortunately we did see Dr. Fadwa. At 6:00PM we managed to see Dr. Fadwa confirmed that my son appointment was at 5:30pm not 4:30pm, as well she confirmed that one tooth required treatment and she thankfully did carry the required procedure. In short it was the worst experience I ever had in this clinic not with any of the dentists as we considered them all as outstanding. SHAME ON THE CLINIC TO HAVE SUCH CHARACTER AT THE RECEPTION WITH SUCH ATTITUED.
