She has been repeatedly absent throughout the year, and as she is the only orthodontist handling my case, no alternative doctor is provided when she is unavailable. This has delayed my orthodontic treatment for more than three months and left me without proper follow-up. I kindly request a clear appointment date with Dr. Deepti or an alternative orthodontist, as well as appropriate compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter and submit a formal complaint to the relevant health authority (DHA).

For almost two months, my orthodontic appointments have repeatedly been postponed because she is unavailable due to leave or personal circumstances, with no replacement doctor provided. I travel from Dubai to Abu Dhabi specifically for my appointments, and my treatment should not be put on hold because of the doctor’s repeated absence. This has happened too many times, and I am no longer willing to accept further delays. If this issue is not resolved immediately and an alternative doctor is not provided, I will escalate the matter to Thiqa and the relevant authorities. حابة أقدم شكوى بخصوص الدكتورة Deepti. صار لي تقريبًا شهرين وكل مرة يتأجل موعد التقويم بسبب إنها مب موجودة، يا إجازة يا عندها ظروف، وفوق هذا ما في دكتورة ثانية تاخذ مكانها. أنا كل مرة أطلع من دبي لين أبوظبي عشان موعدي، ومب منطقي إن علاجي يوقف ويتأخر بسبب إجازات الدكتورة وعدم وجود بديل لها. الموضوع تكرر وايد وأنا ما بقبل بأي تأجيل زيادة. إذا ما انحل الموضوع وتم توفير دكتورة بديلة تكمل علاجي، برفع الموضوع لثقة والجهات المختصة.
